Your Blossom Smart Watering is designed to confirm the successful completion of each watering cycle for your garden. This alert gets generated when the confirmation for the completion of a watering cycle is not received by our Cloud Service. This may be due to Internet connectivity or power issues. If you have been having issues with your Internet connection or power outages this may have triggered the alert.
Please make sure your Blossom Controller is powered up and your Internet connection is running properly. Then, check your Blossom Status Light. If the light is not solid Blue, then unplug your Blossom device for 30 seconds and then plug back in.
