Pairing step failed and the app's network diagnostics says: Ethernet detected : failed


  • Make sure that the Ethernet cable is securely plugged into your home router
  • Make sure the green light comes on on the Bridge. If it doesn't make sure the bridge is powered and that the bridge is connected to a powered and working router.
  • If your home router has a device white-listing or blocking features turned on, make sure that Blossom device is allowed on the network. You can verify the Controller Powerline MAC address from the back of the device, it starts with letters E4:95:6E:B8:xx:yy . Make sure your router settings allow this device on the network.
